Terms

Last updated 6 November 2026

These terms apply when you use thewallmarkets.com and its related services (“The Wall Markets”, “we”, “us”). The site is run by a sole trader trading as The Wall Markets (see who runs the site). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Please read section 2 carefully. The Wall Markets gives information only. It is not financial advice, and nothing on it tells you to buy, sell or hold any token. Crypto-assets are high risk and you could lose all the money you put in.

Section 8 applies to project teams with a Wall membership, and section 9 to Pro subscribers.

1. What The Wall Markets is

The Wall Markets shows information about tokens on the Solana blockchain: market figures from public sources, an automatically calculated Wall Score, and automatic warnings. It includes The Wall (a board of member projects), Markets, a free and paid watchlist, alerts, and a membership for project teams.

The site is provided for general information, education and entertainment purposes only. We are an information service. We do not arrange, execute or broker trades, we do not buy, sell or exchange tokens on anyone’s behalf, we do not hold anyone’s funds, and we never ask for a private key or seed phrase.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on the site, in our emails, alerts, Telegram messages or social media posts is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation, offer or invitation to buy, sell or hold any token or other asset. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulator, and we do not give personal recommendations. Nothing we publish takes account of your circumstances, knowledge, objectives or attitude to risk.

Wall Scores, labels (such as “Excellent” or “Poor”), warnings, launch-buyer checks, rankings, trending lists and our guide are automatic checks on, and explanations of, public market data. They describe how a market has behaved in the past. They cannot tell you what will happen next, and past behaviour is not a reliable guide to future results. A good Wall Score, a Wall membership, a founding badge, an “Established” label or a featured placement is not an endorsement and does not mean a token is safe, legitimate or a good investment. The absence of a warning does not mean there is no risk.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Do not rely on the site as the only or main basis for any decision. Always do your own research and consider getting independent advice from a qualified, authorised professional.

3. Crypto-asset risk

Meme coins and other crypto-assets are extremely risky. Their prices can rise and fall sharply within minutes, many lose all or nearly all of their value, and some are scams or are abandoned by their creators. Liquidity can disappear, so you may not be able to sell. Only risk money you can afford to lose entirely.

In the UK, most crypto-assets are not regulated. You are unlikely to have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if something goes wrong. Profits may be subject to tax.

The site is not directed at anyone in a country where providing it, or using it, would be unlawful. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. Accuracy of information and third-party data

Market figures come from third-party sources (such as DEX Screener, Jupiter, Birdeye, Helius and the Solana network). They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a warning can occasionally be raised in error or missed. We work to check and cross-check data, but we do not guarantee that anything on the site is accurate, complete or up to date, and the site may be unavailable at times.

Wall Scores and warnings are produced automatically by software, without a person reviewing each token. They are calculated by the same published rules for every token. We do not change scores by hand, and no payment, membership or placement affects them. Wallets that look linked (for example in the launch-buyer check) are only those the public blockchain shows; we cannot see who controls a wallet.

Third-party data and services. Much of what the site shows depends on outside data providers, application programming interfaces (APIs), blockchain networks and hosting services that we do not control. They can fail, slow down, change, limit our access, or send information that is late, incomplete or wrong. When that happens, prices, charts, Wall Scores, warnings, alerts and other figures on the site may be delayed, missing, out of date or incorrect, and alerts may arrive late or not at all. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of third-party data, or for any interruption, delay, error or loss of data caused by a third-party service, and (to the extent the law allows) we are not liable for any loss that results.

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Always check important information against other sources before relying on it.

5. Paid placements and our own interests

Projects on The Wall pay for their space. A Wall membership is paid advertising space for a project team, and member tokens are listed on Markets because they are members. We review applications against published minimum requirements and the team proves its connection to the token, but we do not audit projects, check the identity of their teams, or verify what they say about themselves. Descriptions, links and developer updates are written by the project teams, not by us. Membership is not an endorsement and does not affect the Wall Score or any warning. Founding places are chosen by us and the first year is free; they are otherwise the same as paid memberships. “Featured” tokens are chosen by us to show how scoring works and are not paid for.

We are paid only in money for memberships and Pro, at the published prices. We do not accept a project’s tokens, or payment linked to a token’s price, in return for a membership, a listing or any other placement.

People who run the site may hold or trade crypto-assets in a personal capacity, which may include tokens shown on the site. Scores and warnings are automatic and the same for everyone, and nobody at The Wall Markets uses a score or warning before it is shown on the site.

6. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

Wallets you add to a watchlist are watched read-only, using public blockchain data. You never connect a wallet to us or sign a transaction for the watchlist. Signing a message to prove you are a token’s team (section 8) is free and moves no funds.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: use the site for anything unlawful; impersonate a project, person or The Wall Markets; submit false, misleading or infringing content; try to manipulate scores, warnings or rankings; scrape or overload the site, or get around its limits; probe or attack its security; or use the contact form to send spam.

We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, that breaks these terms.

8. Wall membership (project teams)

Applying. Only a token’s team, or for a community takeover its recognised community leads, may apply. You confirm you are authorised and that everything you submit is accurate and yours to use (including logos, banners and descriptions). Applications must meet the published minimum requirements and the team must prove its connection to the token. We review every application and may decline any without giving a reason.

Founding members. Up to 10 approved projects are chosen as founding members and receive their first year free. After that year they renew like any other member, at the price at the time.

Price and renewal. A paid membership is for one year from approval and payment. The launch price is $599 a year for the first 100 paid members or until 31 March 2027, whichever comes first; after that the price for new members rises in announced steps. Renewal is at the price at the time of renewal, and we will tell you before your renewal date. Prices are in US dollars. You can pay by card through our payment provider, Stripe (payment in crypto is planned and will be added to these terms when it opens); we never see your card details. Renewal is not automatic: renewal opens 60 days before your year ends and you choose whether to pay. Prices are shown in US dollars and are the full price you pay; no VAT is added.

What membership includes. One space on The Wall (30×30 pixels at launch), placed automatically; a listing on Markets with your approved logo, banner, description and links; a team dashboard. Membership does not include, buy or influence the Wall Score, and it is not an endorsement.

The Wall’s layout. We may change the size, shape and position of spaces on The Wall at any time, for all members alike, for example to make room for more members or to improve how The Wall works. Your membership is for a space on The Wall, not for a particular size or position, and a change does not affect its length or price.

Your listing. Your description, links, images and developer updates must be accurate and must not promise or suggest returns, price rises or profits, tell people to buy or hold your token, or describe it as safe or risk-free. Changes to your listing are reviewed before they appear. We may decline, edit or remove content that is misleading, promotional in that way, infringing, offensive or unsafe.

Monthly check-in. Every 30 days your team confirms from the dashboard that the project is still active. After a missed check-in and a 7-day grace period the tile is marked as inactive; 30 days after that it leaves The Wall until the team checks in again. Large, long-running tokens that meet the published “Established” requirements are exempt. Time off The Wall for a missed check-in does not extend or refund the membership.

Removal. We may remove a member, without refund, if the token or its team is involved in a scam, rug pull, impersonation or fraud; if liquidity is withdrawn or the token is abandoned; if the information given to us was false; or if these terms are broken. We may also remove a token where we are required to by law.

Refunds. You pay only after we have approved your application, so a declined application never costs anything. When you pay, you ask for your membership to start straight away, and your tile goes live within minutes. Once it is live the payment is not refunded, including if the tile is later marked inactive or removed under these terms, except where we fail to provide the membership or the law requires a refund. [For the solicitor: confirm this wording, and whether members who are consumers rather than businesses need different treatment.]

9. Pro

Pro is a paid watchlist plan, for one year at a time, paid once, with no automatic renewal. The price is $149 a year. The launch price is $99 for the first year, for the first 100 Pro buyers; it applies to a first Pro year only, and every renewal, including for launch buyers, is at the price at the time. It raises your limits and adds faster updates and instant alerts, as described on the site. Alerts are sent as quickly as we can but may be delayed or missed, so do not rely on them alone for decisions.

Payment. Pro is paid by card through Stripe, in US dollars. It runs for one year from payment and does not renew automatically; renewal opens 30 days before your year ends.

Cancellation and refunds. UK consumers usually have 14 days to cancel a digital service. At checkout you ask for Pro to start straight away and confirm that you understand you lose that right once it starts. Pro starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, so the payment is not refunded, except where we fail to provide Pro or the law requires a refund. If we stop offering Pro, we refund the unused part of your year.

10. Our content and yours

The site, its design, the Wall Score method and our text belong to us. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use with credit to The Wall Markets.

When a team submits a logo, banner, description or links, it gives us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to show, resize and reformat them on the site and in our announcements for as long as it is a member, and for a reasonable time after.

11. Links and third parties

Token pages link to websites and social accounts reported by projects or data providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. Links marked as provider-reported have not been checked by us.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, we are not liable for: any trading or investment loss, or any loss of profit, opportunity or value of crypto-assets; decisions you make or do not make using the site; loss caused by inaccurate, delayed, missing or misinterpreted data, scores, warnings, alerts or guide content; content written by project teams or third parties; or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or £100 if you paid nothing.

If you are a project team, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a claim is made against us because content you gave us was false, misleading or infringed someone else’s rights.

13. Changes and ending

We may change the site, its features, prices for new purchases and these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in advance by email or on the site. Prices already paid are not changed.

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may stop offering the service; if we do, we will refund the unused part of any paid membership or Pro year.

15. Law and disputes
