Wallet addresses and token data are public on the Solana blockchain, but a wallet saved to your account is linked to you, so we treat it as personal information.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To provide the service you asked for (contract): your account, watchlist, alerts, membership, team dashboard and replies to your messages.
  • To tell you when we launch, and to review early applications (consent, given with the tick box on the Coming Soon page): a launch email on the topics you chose for “Get notified”; for applications, our review and our reply. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • To keep the site safe and working (legitimate interests): preventing spam and abuse, checking applications, fixing problems.
  • To tell you about important changes (contract or legitimate interests): for example to these terms, your membership or renewal.
  • To meet legal obligations: for example payment and tax records: what you bought, the amount, when, and the card payment reference or the USDC transaction and paying wallet.
  • We will only send marketing emails if you agree, and you can stop them at any time. The only such email we send at present is the launch email to people who asked for it on our Coming Soon page.

3. Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the site. They only process information on our instructions:

  • Supabase: database and sign-in. Stored in London (UK).
  • Google Cloud (London, UK): the jobs that update market data, scores and alerts.
  • Brevo (EU): sending sign-in codes, alerts and replies by email.
  • Telegram: only if you connect Telegram alerts.
  • Google Cloud: hosts the website and runs our data collection, in London (UK). Stripe, for card payments: Stripe collects your card details directly and tells us only that you paid, with your email. USDC payments are recorded publicly on the Solana blockchain, which we read to confirm them.

To show token and wallet information we send token and wallet addresses (never your email or name) to market data providers such as DEX Screener, Jupiter, Birdeye, Helius and the Solana network.

Public information. For Wall members, the listing (logo, banner, description, links) and the fact the token is a member are public. Your contact details and proof of team are not. We may disclose information where the law requires it or to protect people from fraud.

4. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

5. How long we keep it

  • Account, watchlist and alert settings: until you delete your account.
  • Membership applications and decisions: for the membership and 6 years after, as business records.
  • Coming Soon signups and early applications: until 3 months after launch, or sooner if you ask us to delete them; accepted applications become part of the membership application.
  • Contact messages: 24 months.
  • Server logs: 30 days. Spam-limit records are kept in memory for minutes and then discarded.
  • Payment records: 6 years, as required for tax. They are kept even if you delete your account.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to: give you a copy of your information; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or send it to you in a portable format. To use these rights, contact us or reply to any email we have sent you. We reply within one month.

You can turn off alert emails from the link in any email or your account page, and disconnect Telegram by sending /stop to the bot.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

7. Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections. Sign-in uses one-time codes rather than passwords; session cookies cannot be read by scripts on the page. Access to the database is restricted, and secret keys are kept out of the website’s code. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account secure.

8. Children
